By using Automation Juice ("the Service") you agree to these terms. The operator of the deployment may add further terms that apply alongside these.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old (13 in some jurisdictions with parental consent).
• You are responsible for the email address you sign in with.
• One account per person. Don't share OTP codes.

Acceptable use

• Don't submit malware, illegal content, or personal data of others into lessons.
• Don't attempt to scrape, brute-force, or otherwise abuse the platform.
• Respect other learners in any community features.

Content ownership

• The course content is owned by the operator and licensed to you for personal learning.
• Your own submissions (code, answers) remain yours; you grant the operator a licence to store and display them as needed to run the Service.

Refunds & suspension

Refund policy depends on the operator's offer at sign-up. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms, with reasonable notice except where prompt action is required for safety or legal reasons.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". Completion of a course is not a guarantee of employment or specific outcomes. Code submissions may be evaluated by AI; treat AI feedback as a hint, not a verdict.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Operators in regulated markets may need to publish stronger guarantees.

Governing law

The operator must specify the jurisdiction these terms are governed by.
